SEPR share experience from CoVE forum in Lyon

Forum on Vocational Excellence (CoVE Forum) takes place once a year face to face to welcome the existing CoVE project leaders to share their experiences, exchange lessons learned and good practices.

This year, CoVE Forum was held at EuroExpo Lyon in France! As Auto Cove 2.0 project partner, SEPR was there and had the opportunity to participate in many activities such as :
✅Presentations of CoVE and Campus des Metiers and Qualifications projects
✅Workshops in the sectoral village: Industry 4.0 and transportation of the future
✅Transversal workshops
✅Site visits in Lyon
✅Meeting with learners, companies, teachers and society as a whole

It was a great pleasure to present Auto Cove 2.0 Project to students, teachers, schools, universities, companies from all over the world and to see their interest in our project! Since the CoVE Forum took place at the same time as WorldSkills 2024 at EuroExpo, we could also closely follow the Automotive Technology competition.

Thanks to this Forum, SEPR and all partners of Auto Cove 2.0 could demonstrate:

  • The Research report (Skill-gap analysis) summarizing the practical skills and knowledge essential for today’s and tomorrow’s job market
  • The developed AutoCoVE study and training modules,
  • Electude platform and how it works
  • The vehicles and maquettes (models) bought with the project budget
  • The opportunities for learner mobility abroad

Auto Cove 2.0 team will be participating in the next Forum on Vocational Excellence in 2025 organized in Kolding, Denmark, between 8-11 September 2025. For more information visit https://www.copcoves.eu/forum-2025/

The purchased vehicle matches the planned technical specifications for motor and ADAS accessories, with the only change being the brand choice to ensure a shorter delivery time.

This vehicle enables teachers and learners to test all developed study and training modules for hybrid vehicles in the project. Additionally, it offers SEPR an excellent platform to teach and demonstrate cutting-edge technologies, helping automotive learners acquire the practical skills and knowledge essential for today’s and future job markets.
