Piloting Modules and Strengthening Electric Vehicle Education in Turkiye

As part of the project, in a VET school İzmit Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi (IMTAL) from Turyke, digital learning materials related to electric and hybrid vehicle technologies have been developed and tested with students using online learning platforms alongside classroom instruction. These learning activities are supported by hands-on training in dedicated facilities, where students can become familiar with electric vehicle systems, components, safety practices, and basic diagnostic processes.

The IMTAL project team has also taken part in professional trainings, technical visits, and events related to electric vehicles and charging technologies. These activities have helped strengthen practical understanding and supported the development of realistic and up-to-date educational content. In parallel, cooperation with companies and organizations from the automotive and energy sectors has contributed to knowledge exchange, equipment support, and learning opportunities for students.

Developments and activities are shared through institutional communication channels, visual displays, and online platforms to reach students, staff, and external stakeholders. Regular team meetings ensure coordination, reflection, and continuous improvement throughout the project.

The Auto Cove 2.0 project brings together vocational education, industry collaboration, and modern learning environments to support the development of electric vehicle education. Project activities focus on improving training content, practical learning opportunities, and cooperation with external partners in the rapidly evolving automotive sector.
