The Tartu Vocational College (VOCO) project Auto CoVE 2.0 team, dedicated to promoting sustainability and excellence in vocational education, held its first presentation of the innovative plug-in hybrid TOYOTA RAV4 on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, in Tartu, Estonia. This event marked the debut of a new plug-in hybrid car, a key component of the international Auto CoVE 2.0 initiative. The project’s goal is to combat climate change and foster green innovation within the European VET vehicle repair sector.
The Auto CoVE 2.0 team is committed to build a sustainable future by developing and implementing modern, eco-friendly technologies in education. This new plug-in hybrid car offers VOCO an excellent platform to teach and demonstrate cutting-edge technologies, enabling students to gain the practical skills and knowledge essential for today’s and tomorrow’s job market.
The project emphasize not only the use of technology but also its environmental impact, preparing professionals who could contribute to a greener and more sustainable world. The innovative plug-in hybrid vehicle is shaping the future of education by providing both practical and theoretical knowledge necessary for green and sustainable careers.
